Three new starters at Unique IQ - Rhys Evans, Rob Harris, Lisa Lynch

We’ve welcomed three new members to the Unique IQ team over the last 2 months – Lisa Lynch and Rob Harris have joined our customer-facing team, while Rhys Evans is the most recent addition to our team of software developers.

Despite some of the challenges presented by working remotely, this terrific trio have settled straight in and are already making a big contribution to the work of Unique IQ. Here’s a little more about them…

Lisa Lynch – Client Services Manager

Lisa is the newest face in our support team. You might have spoken to her on the phone already, as she joins us on the first line of support for our customers – taking calls, troubleshooting issues and delivering training on our software.

Having joined Unique IQ on 16th March, by Friday of that week she found herself working from home, as we transitioned to remote working in response to the coronavirus crisis. But with a good support network around her, Lisa has counted herself lucky that she can still undertake her new role at home, with no compromises to customer service.

An avid 1980s music fan – especially of Depeche Mode – Lisa has recently overcome her phobia of flying, through hypnosis, and is looking forward to booking a long haul holiday in the not too distant future.

Rob Harris – Client Relationship Manager

Rob joins Unique IQ in a new account management role, personally looking after a number of our customers and supporting them with training, guidance and new features to help them achieve what they need to using our technology.

Despite only being able to meet one other member of the team so far (albeit from 2 metres away), Rob has settled in with support from his colleagues via video calls. He’s excited to help our customers continue to make a difference to the people they support.

In his spare time, Rob is a keen footballer and cyclist. He’s also ambidextrous!

Rhys Evans – Junior Developer

Starting in our software development team at the beginning of March, Junior Developer Rhys has quickly got stuck in to working on IQ:timecard, deploying new code right from day one.

So far he’s loving the opportunity of expanding his software knowledge, looking for new ways of making our technology meet the requirements of our customers in a user-friendly way.

Heavily into rugby, Rhys describes himself as loving a good laugh and always living life to the full.
