A collection of articles from Unique IQ’s David Lynes
David Lynes founded Unique IQ in 2003 to make it easier to manage remote workers safely and efficiently through technology.
His passion for the care sector is a driving force for the business. After securing scale-up funding in 2018, the company accelerated its vision to give home care providers software solutions that help them deliver Outstanding care.
After seeing digital transformation being talked about in the sector for many years, David is enjoying being able to make a bigger impact. Outside work, David is a keen cyclist, verging on being competitive!
Each month David writes a blog on a subject that matters to him – his vision for the care sector, topical discussions about policy, technology, culture, innovation and much more. He will also talk about some of our key areas of expertise such as software implementation, remote inspections, technology and the CQC and wellbeing in the care sector.
