Unique IQ is bolstering its Service Delivery team with the recruitment of 5 new roles.
The Redditch-based technology firm is on the lookout for talented people with purpose to support relationship-building, project management and technical troubleshooting.
The home care software development house is currently on the lookout for:
– two Customer Success Managers to look after its growing portfolio of caring clients
– two Software Implementation Project Managers to assist with delivering new software solutions to its customers
– and a 2nd Line Support Analyst to assess and resolve reported issues.
The recruitment drive comes partially as a response to Unique IQ’s recent customer survey.
Service Delivery Director, Cheryl Guest, said: “one of the things we really pride ourselves on at Unique IQ is exceptional customer service.
“The needs of our customers have grown significantly this year, as they tackle the challenges posed by the coronavirus crisis, which has seen them relying on digital technologies more than ever before. We’re expanding the team so that we can continue to offer the high level of support that our customers expect,” Cheryl continued.
Unique IQ has observed nearly all care providers pivoting to more digital ways of working during the pandemic. For some, it was using the tools they already had available in a new way. While for others, it was a complete digital transformation.
As one of Unique IQ’s partners at Home Instead Senior Care remarked: “I think it is worth bearing in mind that we have suddenly adapted our way of working to lean more heavily on Unique IQ during lockdown in an effort to get away from reliance on paper records. Support response times have remained ‘about the same’ but this is much more of an achievement when we consider that we have been asking a lot more of you”.
Widely regarded for their professionalism, knowledge and warmth, Unique IQ’s frontline team consistently receives Customer Effort Scores (CES) that are at a ‘world-class’ level. Find out more: https://www.uniqueiq.co.uk/making-software-an-easy-choice/
