Our clocking in app allows employees to clock in/clock out with a tap on the app and display scheduled data. The mobile app takes a GPS lock of the employee’s location at clock in/clock out enabling you to see the location of the employee and ensure visit compliance.
Before an employee arrives at a scheduled appointment you are able to set them a list of tasks to complete from your IQ:timecard account. These are sent directly to the employee's IQ:timecard mobile app for them to view, complete and add notes against during their visit. Selected tasks can be set as mandatory, which alert the employee if they are missed and prevent clock out if not completed.
Care organisations can send details of a client’s daily medication information to a carer’s mobile app. This provides clear and up-to-date instructions on what is required, with carers able to log responses during the visit, which automatically generates a MAR sheet for a care manager to sign-off.
Employees can fill in forms such as accident forms or activity logs on the go via their mobile app, using smartphone features like predictive shortcuts and voice-to-text. Submitting the form sends it immediately for managers to view, with an email alert if necessary. Policies, care plans and other documents can also be uploaded to IQ:timecard and pushed to the mobile app, with full version control.
Field staff can plan a route to their next appointment by launching navigation programmes like Waze from within IQ:timecard MOBILE, with schedules available to view up to two weeks in advance. Staff can also submit mileage claims, adding additional notes where required.
