We have worked with UniqueIQ at Home Instead York and Home Instead Scarborough & Ryedale for many years now and cannot speak highly enough of their products and the service they provide to support them.
The product itself is really good, the occasional glitch though to be fair sometimes that can be down to mobile signals. The biggest positive with IQ is the people - approachable, responsive, reliable. And as they have grown this hasn't been lost. Well done to David, Cheryl and their team!!
