You can monitor real-time time, attendance, and activity status through the handy IQ:caremanager app. Carers can login to see what medication is required and how it will be administered, record what has been taken, and raise awareness of any concerns, issues, or incidents during the visit.

Based on the information recorded, IQ:caremanager automatically generates a person-centred care plan for each of your clients. Medications, allergies, professional contacts, and key safe numbers can all be recorded within a client's record, along with any personal preferences. You can even include a picture to help your staff know who they're meeting for the first time.

Information about required medications is continuously updated with an eMAR system, so care support workers always have the most recent information about the drugs they need to administer. Recording notes electronically also reduces the number of mistakes caused by ineligible handwriting.
