The team at Unique IQ is thrilled to announce that it has been selected as a finalist in the LaingBuisson Awards 2019, for Innovation in Technology.
Known as ‘the Oscars of the health and social industry’, the prestigious LaingBuisson awards recognise excellence in health and social care, showcasing the very best in care provision, innovation and leadership in the public, private and third sectors.
It is the second year running that Unique IQ has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Innovation in Technology’ category – testament to the team’s determination to help home care providers deliver world class care through innovative software solutions. Unique IQ’s success follows significant growth during 2019 and investment from venture capital firm Midven.
Working closely and collaboratively with the home care agencies that use its care planning and workforce management solutions, Unique IQ continuously tailors and improves its software, driven by the aim of genuinely revolutionising how care is delivered.
David Lynes, Managing Director of Unique IQ said:
“I am super proud of the team for becoming finalists for the second year running. The LaingBuisson Awards are one of the major markers of excellence in health and social care, so it means a great deal for the hard work of the team to be recognised.
Beating off stiff competition, the LaingBuisson Awards received a record-breaking number of nominations for every category, with over 400 entries in total. Unique IQ joins 10 other software providers, recognised as the most innovative in the country in using technology to support care.
The Awards will be presented at a high-profile ceremony on Wednesday 13th November, hosted by comedian Jo Brand and supporting the British Red Cross.
