Meet Unique IQ at the Sussex Care Showcase 2026

We are pleased to share that Unique IQ will be exhibiting at the Sussex Care Showcase 2026 on Wednesday 16 September at Brighton Racecourse. If you run or work in a care service across the South East, we would love to see you there. You can find full details on the official event website and book your ticket to attend here.

This year’s theme, “Meeting the Changing Times”, speaks directly to the pressures care providers are managing right now: a stretched workforce, tighter compliance expectations, and the constant challenge of doing more with the same resources. Those are exactly the problems our software is built to help with, so it feels like the right event to be part of.

About the Sussex Care Showcase

The Sussex Care Showcase is a well-established date in the South East care calendar, organised by East Sussex Partners in Care. It brings together more than 500 delegates from across the sector, including care home owners and managers, domiciliary care providers, supported living and learning disability services, local authority commissioners, training providers, and senior care staff.

Alongside the exhibition, the day offers seminars and guidance covering workforce development, legislation and compliance updates, funding opportunities, and practical business advice. It is a genuinely useful day out of the office, whether you are looking for new ideas, free training, or the chance to compare notes with peers who understand the day-to-day realities of care.

The event takes place on 16 September at Brighton Racecourse. Entry and registration details are available through the East Sussex Partners in Care website.

Why we are exhibiting

Unique IQ has been building software for the care sector since 2006, and over 20 years later our focus has not changed: giving care providers the tools to deliver safe, high-quality care with less administrative burden. Our platform supports domiciliary, supported living, live-in, complex, and reablement services across the UK and Ireland.

Events like the Sussex Care Showcase matter to us because they keep us close to the people we build for. Care technology should make life easier for care teams, not add another layer of complexity, and the best way to make sure it does is to keep talking to the providers using it. We will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions, walk through the platform, and talk honestly about what technology can and cannot do for your service.

What to see on the day: our latest AI-powered features

We have released a number of updates over recent months, several of which use AI to take routine admin off your team’s hands. Here is what we will be demonstrating at the show.

IQ:capture, care documentation made simpler

IQ:capture is our care transcription tool, and it is now live. It records and transcribes assessments, reviews, and handovers, then turns them into clear, structured summaries. Instead of writing up notes from scratch, your team gets a first draft ready to check and refine, with the detail captured accurately in the moment. It works as a standalone tool, so you do not need to be an existing Unique IQ customer to use it, and it feeds directly into IQ:careassist.

IQ:careassist, better care plans in less time

Our latest IQ:careassist upgrade is also live. It helps you produce care plans that read the way you want them to, with the option to write in the first or third person and set the tone section by section. Your organisation’s own guidance can be built in and explained in plain English, and every version is tracked, so you always have a clear record of what changed and when.

IQ:careaudit, a clearer view of care delivery

IQ:careaudit now includes whole-care-day auditing. The new day audit reviews the previous day’s delivered care against each person’s care plan, highlighting where care was delivered as planned and where visits or tasks were missed. It runs overnight and reports the following day, giving managers a reliable morning picture of what actually happened, so you can act quickly where something needs attention. It sits within the wider Unique IQ platform as part of a joined-up approach to quality and compliance.

Come and say hello

We will be exhibiting throughout the day on 16 September, and there is no need to book a slot. Whether you want a full walkthrough of the platform or just a friendly chat about the challenges your service is facing, please come and find the Unique IQ team on the stand. We will point the way clearly on the day, and you are welcome to drop by whenever suits you.

If you would like us to set aside time to focus on something specific, feel free to let us know in advance and we will make sure the right person is ready to talk it through.

Final thoughts

The care sector is changing quickly, and the right technology can make a real difference to how confidently your service meets what is coming. The Sussex Care Showcase is a great opportunity to see that technology in action and ask the questions that matter to you. We look forward to meeting you at Brighton Racecourse on 16 September.

Planning to attend? Come and find the Unique IQ team on the day, or get in touch beforehand to arrange a time to talk.
