Unique IQ welcomes new additions to the sales team

Growth is in the air at Unique IQ as we welcome Jordan Vigers and Darja Gladkich to the sales team as Business Development Executives.

Say hello to Jordan Vigers

“I’ve always had a passion for technology, from as far back as I can remember I’ve always been intrigued by how software works. This passion got me on the path to study Computer Science at university, but after the second year, I realised it wasn’t the route I wanted to take.

“This then led me to undertake an apprenticeship within a local authority, where I was designing and implementing in-house solutions for the different departments.

“After this, I moved into software sales in the care sector. Although it wasn’t a hands-on role with software, my passion for software was still there and I was able to reflect this to others.”

How have your first few weeks been, any highlights so far?

“My first few weeks here at UniqueIQ have been amazing! I’m really grateful for all of the support from the team that helped me to settle in quite nicely. Everyone has been very helpful to me, and also very friendly. I really do look forward to the rest of my time here, developing my skill sets, and growing alongside the company and my colleagues.”

Tell us something that your colleagues and clients might not know about you

I have a business in personal shopping. This is basically the reselling of designer clothes, shoes and accessories. I started the company Fluxx Attire about a year ago, and basically, it involves helping clients find high-end clothes, shoes and accessories.

Say hello to Darja Gladkich

“From 18 years old I’ve worked in different roles, mostly as a consultant, assistant, assistant manager, production manager. For the last 8 years, I’ve worked in recruitment – progressing to account manager.

“Recruitment is a people-focused career and I always enjoyed working with people, building rapport and helping match the right candidates to the right clients.

“I’ve been interested in the care sector for a long time and was looking for where I could use all of my transferable skills from recruitment.

What unique skills/personal qualities do you think you bring to the Sales team?

I’m a driven, ambitious and lively individual with excellent communication skills and a positive disposition. I am highly organised with the ability to remain professional and calm in all situations and rise to a challenge. Self-motivated, I possess excellent time management skills, can work well on my own and in a team environment and enjoy learning new skills.

Tell us something that your colleagues and clients might not know about you

I like going to the gym and on the weekends mornings, I love to go to Pilates, Yoga or Tai Chi classes. I love travelling, motivational and self-improvement literature and podcasts, spending time with my friends and educating my teenage son, and walks with my dog.
