Celebrating 20 Years of Unique IQ
This year marked a major milestone for us: 20 years of Unique IQ. Two decades of listening, learning, and building technology that genuinely supports care providers. It’s a moment to recognise not only how far the company has come, but the people who have shaped it every step of the way – past and present.
Our People: The Heart of Everything We Do
2025 was filled with personal moments that reminded us we’re more than just a workplace.
From welcoming new additions to our work family, to celebrating achievements outside the office, these moments reflect the supportive, people-first culture we’re proud of. Whether it was a new baby, personal milestones, or representing Team GB on the world stage, we celebrated them all – together.
We also welcomed fantastic new talent across the business, bringing fresh energy, ideas, and expertise that continue to strengthen our team and our culture.

Behind the scenes, our teams worked tirelessly to support customers and keep care services running smoothly at scale.
In 2025 alone:
- Our platform supported over 22.4 million tasks, 10.6 million medications, and 600,000 blister packs logged across the system
- Our new AI suite has already processed over 19.2 million care records, enabling truly contextual, client-specific standards that are transforming the care planning process.
- We delivered over 13 major product releases alongside continuous performance and security enhancements ensuring continuous improvement and reliability for users.
These aren’t just numbers, they represent carers supported, time saved, and safer, more consistent care delivered every day.

Innovation remained at the forefront of 2025. Every update and release was guided by real-world feedback and the needs of care teams.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to build on this momentum with the upcoming launch of AI-powered solutions, designed to support quality, compliance, and smarter decision-making across care services.
