The team at Unique IQ is celebrating a SEVENTH award nomination this autumn.
The latest additions to the awards roll are two regional awards. Firstly, the West Midlands Tech Awards, which celebrate the people, businesses and organisations who are using digital innovation to drive positive change for the regional economy and its people. And secondly, the North Worcestershire Business Awards, which this year are about recognising the individuals and teams who have ‘gone the extra mile’ or ‘made a real difference’ at the heart of business.
Unique IQ had already made the shortlist of four awards that recognise the very best suppliers to the UK care sector – the Social Care Premier Suppliers Awards, Leaders in Care, Tomorrow’s Care and Care Sector Supplier Awards. Each of these nominations highlight both innovation from Unique IQ’s home care software and the partnerships that the team nurtures with its caring customer base.
CEO & Founder of Unique IQ, David Lynes, said of the success: “reaching the shortlist of four awards that are specifically focussed on the care industry is a real achievement. It’s validation that we are doing the right thing for our customers – that we are trusted partners. It’s also recognition for the dedication and commitment of our team, who have been working really hard over the last 12 months on developing our software to continually meet the needs of the care sector.”
The Unique IQ team has been focussed during the last year on the next generation of its home care software – IQ:caremanager. Bringing together all of the features and functions that care providers need, IQ:caremanager answers the call for a software suite that unifies processes like rostering, call monitoring, eMAR, payroll, HR and reporting – into a single system.

West Midlands Tech Awards – Scale-up Business of the Year
Celebrating innovation that’s making an impact within the West Midlands region, the scale-up category is for established tech and digital businesses which are more than three years old and are currently experiencing or getting set for rapid growth.
North Worcestershire Business Awards – Heart of Business Transformation
Shining a light on North Worcestershire businesses that have used technology to make a difference to their customers and community.
